Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum 2 hours
We will visit the Colosseum to understand how and why it was built in that place. How it has changed over the centuries. Then we move to a larger area to see those crumbs that remained from the former greatness of the imperial palaces on the Palatine. We will see the place where Rome was born, the place where according to archaeologists stood the hut of Romulus.
Finally, the famous Roman Forum, the center of the social, political and economic life of ancient Rome. The valley between the two most important hills, the Capitoline and Palatine hills. Here the senators performed ... and right there Julius Caesar was burned.
